Leaks waste water and can damage cupboards, floors and walls. We repair leaking visible pipes and connections in homes and rental properties, and explain what caused the problem.

  • We check access to the leak first.
  • Hidden leaks, or leaks behind tiles, may need a separate assessment.

  • Major sewer excavation and municipal infrastructure are outside our normal scope.

Good to know

  • We don't do electrical or gas work. That needs a separate, suitably qualified professional.

  • You're welcome to buy your own tap or toilet. We'll check it's suitable before fitting it.

Bathroom and kitchen plumbing

For small bathroom and kitchen upgrades, we do the plumbing. That means connecting or moving sinks, basins, taps and toilets.

What's included

  • Connecting new sinks, basins, taps and toilets
  • Moving fixtures as part of an upgrade

Good to know

  • We do the plumbing only. Tiling, electrical work and full renovations aren't part of this service.
  • This is scheduled work, not an urgent call-out.

  • Visits are by appointment during normal working hours.
  • We discuss what we find, and any extra work, before going ahead.
  • We don't offer maintenance contracts or subscriptions. Each visit is quoted separately.

The process

How to arrange a job

The steps are the same for every service.

    Send us your enquiry

    Use the form, call or WhatsApp us. Include your suburb, the service and a short description of the problem. We may ask for photos afterwards.

  2. 02

    We review it and get back to you

    We aim to reply within two working hours during opening hours. Anything sent after we close is answered the next working day.

  3. 03

    We agree a visit

    Tell us a day or time that suits you and we'll confirm it personally. Weekday visits run from 07:30 to 17:00, and Saturday visits between 08:00 and 13:00 are by appointment. Any call-out charge is agreed before we confirm.

  4. 04

    Assessment and quote

    We assess the job on site and give you a quote. You approve it before we start, and any deposit is agreed in the quote.

  5. 05

    We do the work

    We do the work you approved. Anything extra is discussed with you first.

  6. 06

    Test, tidy and invoice

    We test the result, tidy up and send the invoice. You pay by EFT once the work is complete.
